本文报告以异丙基肾上腺素负荷下淋巴细胞内 cAMP 水平变化反映β受体功能的方法,观察到哮喘患者病程越长,病情越重,用药量越大,β受体功能越低。在温阳片获效的同时,伴有β受体功能改善。若单纯测定血浆或淋邑细胞内 cAMP 水平则对哮喘疗效观察并无重要意义。温阳片使β受体功能改善除与病情好转、用药量减少有关外,还可能与其调节内分泌和免疫功能的作用有关。
