复方白蚁制剂为浓缩中药汤剂 ,其组方是以白蚁原粉为主药 ,合以当归补血汤加味。实验对象为成年雄性SD大鼠 48只 ,设置实验组和对照组。喂养时间为 2周。力竭运动试验在动物跑台上进行。结果 :服用复方白蚁制剂的实验组大鼠运动至力竭时的运动距离明显长于对照组 (P<0 0 1 ) ,血红蛋白含量、力竭运动后即刻和 48小时后血清睾酮与皮质酮的比值高于对照组 (分别为P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1 ) ,力竭运动后即刻SOD活性高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,MDA含量低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结果说明复方白蚁制剂具有抗运动性疲劳作用。
Compound termite preparations for the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction, the group prescription is based on termite powder as the main drug, combined with Dangguibuxuetang flavored. Forty-eight adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Feeding time is 2 weeks. Exhaustive exercise testing is performed on animal treadmills. Results: The exercise distance from exercise to exhaustion in the experimental group was significantly longer than that in the control group (P <0.01). The hemoglobin content, the ratio of serum testosterone to corticosterone immediately after exhaustive exercise and 48 hours after exercise (P <0 05 and P 0 01, respectively). The SOD activity immediately after exhaustive exercise was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01) and the content of MDA was lower than that of the control group 5). The results indicate that compound termite preparations have anti-exercise fatigue effects.
