本文分析了引进设备在我国南方高温气候下 ,连续生产时型砂降温缓慢的原因 ,提出了增加工业制冷机强制制冷的具体措施 ,解决了国产设备与进口设备的配套问题 ,实现了在南方高温季节冷硬树脂砂造型线的连续生产 ,创造了较为可观的经济效益。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the slow cooling of the molding sand during the continuous production of the introduced equipment under the high temperature in the south of our country and puts forward the specific measures to increase the forced cooling of the industrial refrigerating machine and solves the matching problems of the domestic equipment and the imported equipment and realizes the high- Chilled resin sand molding line for the continuous production, creating a more substantial economic benefits.
