通过解剖钢锭,钢材的低倍、断口检验,金相、扫描电镜观察,介绍了中心疏松的宏观、微观特征、形成原因及消除方法。指出:严重中心疏松时沿轧制方向分布着多角不规则的黑色孔洞;断口基体与中心疏松处均为解理河流花样特征,但疏松处为沿晶界脆性断裂;钢液凝固时产生的中心疏松孔洞,若在热加工时不能完成焊合,便会在心部留下疏松条带,横向低倍评定为中心疏松。
By dissecting ingot, low magnification of steel, fracture inspection, metallographic observation and scanning electron microscopy, the macroscopic and microscopic features of loose center were introduced. It is pointed out that when the severe center is loose, there are many irregular black holes distributed along the rolling direction. The fracture base and the center loose are the characteristics of cleat river pattern, but the brittle fracture is brittle fracture along the grain boundary. Loose holes, if the heat can not be completed welding process, it will leave a loose ribbon in the heart, the lateral low times as the center loose.
