人力资源是电力企业发展中最活跃、最核心的影响因素,其管理质量的优劣直接影响甚至决定企业的综合实力、发展潜力、市场竞争力、经济效益等的高低,但当前,我国基层电力人力资源管理中尚存在一些制约性问题,阻碍了企业的健康、稳定、快速发展。因此,企业管理人员应加大人力资源管理力度,并积极采取措施尽可能优化管理质量。
