采用细菌分离培养方法,对功能负荷后的钛叶状牙种植体和天然牙局部的龈下细菌定植数量及构成比进行了计数并分析。结果显示,各实验程期种植体与天然牙龈下细菌构成比有差异,但主要优势菌群构成比及细菌生长数量比无差异。说明钛叶状种植牙在行使功能中能保持局部的微生平衡,并与天然牙能保持功能协调。这一结论进一步证实了钛叶状种植牙的良好适应植和组织相容性。
Bacterial isolation and culture methods were used to count and analyze the number of colonized subgingival bacteria and the composition ratio of functional loaded titanium leaf-shaped dental implants and native teeth. The results showed that there was a difference in the composition ratio between the implants and the natural subgingival bacteria in each experimental period, but there was no difference in the composition ratio of the dominant dominant bacteria and the number of bacteria in the growth stages. Description titanium leaf-shaped implant teeth in the exercise function to maintain the balance of the local micro-organisms, and with the natural teeth to maintain functional coordination. This conclusion further confirms the good accommodation and tissue compatibility of titanium leaf implant.
