这次会议总结了一九五零年的农业生产工作。并在这个基础上确定了一九五一年对于粮食、棉花的增产,牲畜的繁殖,水利工程的修建,森林的培植,以及选种、施肥、消灭病虫害等方面的生产任务。这是一件极其重要而又切合时宜的事情。但这仅是全部事情的开端。更重要的是要通过我们的宣传组织工作,把农村中广大农民动员起来,使他们自觉地、有组织地参加到一九五一年的农业生产运动中来。并在生产运动中不断地提高他们的政治觉悟和阶级觉悟。这是首要的和基本性质的问题。如果做不好这方面的工作,我们的一切任务和计划就会完全落空,我们要争取一九五一年在农业生产战线上的丰收,就必须做好许多艰苦的群众工作。
The meeting summed up the agricultural production work in 1950. On this basis, the production tasks for grain and cotton production, breeding of livestock, construction of water conservancy projects, cultivation of forests, and selection and fertilization of pests and diseases were all confirmed on this basis. This is an extremely important and timely item. But this is just the beginning of everything. What is more important is to mobilize the vast majority of farmers in rural areas through our propaganda and organization work so that they will consciously and organically participate in the 1951 agricultural production movement. And constantly improve their political consciousness and class consciousness in the production movement. This is a matter of primary and fundamental nature. If we fail to do well in this aspect, all our tasks and plans will be completely lost. If we are to win the harvest on the agricultural production front in 1951, we must do a great job of hard work for the masses.
