英语诵读教学是巩固英语语音知识、完善语音语调、提升英语语言能力的重要手段。英语诵读教学须是一个漫长、细致的过程,作为高职英语教师,首先要明确英语诵读教学在高职英语专业教学中具有基础性作用,进而运用适合于高职学生的、有效的英语诵读教学方法,在诵读技巧上加以充分重视,使英语诵读教学寓教于乐,帮助学生快速提升诵读的水平。本文作者结合其多年来从事英语诵读教学的实践经验,提出了几点可供参考的英语诵读课堂教学策略,希望对于当前从事英语教学,特别是诵读教学的教师、学生有一定的启示和禆益。
