精神文明是物质文明的一种象征,凝聚着城市某一时期的人文精神,体现着一个时代的社会精神追求。在中外城市建设发展过程中,城市雕塑作为公共艺术的一种主要形式,在塑造城市形象,改善城市环境等方面起着重要的作用。
