目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩在前牙残冠残根修复中的临床效果。方法:临床选择前牙残冠残根病例78例82颗牙,经完善的根管治疗后,根据牙根的情况,选择玻璃纤维桩2年随访,观察其修复效果。结果:82颗牙获得随访,12个月后,1例1颗牙失访,2例1颗牙作为活动义齿基牙松动,其余80颗患牙无不适,纤维桩稳固无松动。2年后1颗牙桩折,1颗牙桩松动脱落,2颗冠边缘密合性差,其余77颗修复体的固位好,边缘密度、牙周状况均良好。结论:玻璃纤维桩具有良好的生物相容性、抗折性、抗疲劳性、美观、易操作,是前牙残冠残根保存修复的理想选择。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of glass fiber posts in the repair of anterior teeth residual crown. Methods: Seventy-eight cases of 82 residual teeth were selected clinically. After complete root canal treatment, the fiberglass piles were selected for follow-up for 2 years according to the root conditions. The effect of repairing was observed. Results: 82 teeth were followed up. After 12 months, one case lost one tooth, two cases of one tooth were used as removable abutments, and the remaining 80 cases had no discomfort. The fiber posts were stable without loosening. After 2 years, 1 tooth piles folded, 1 tooth piles loose off, 2 crown edge adhesion is poor, the remaining 77 prosthesis retention, edge density, periodontal condition are good. Conclusion: Fiberglass piles with good biocompatibility, anti-fatigue, anti-fatigue, beautiful, easy to operate, is an ideal choice for preservation and repair of anterior residual crown.
