目的：探讨针对围绝经期综合征女性开展综合护理干预对其身心的改善效果。方法选取本院2013年7月~2014年7月收治的围绝经期综合征患者93例，均给予综合护理干预，护理后对病患进行症状评分与心理评分，并与护理前开展统计学比较。结果本组患者护理后Kupperman评分为（13.8±5.3）分，SDS评分为（41.7±8.9）分，SAS评分为（44.9±9.7）分，均显著好于护理前，具有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论针对围绝经期女性采用综合护理干预可显著缓解临床症状，并促进负性情绪状态。“,”Objective To investigate the perimenopausal syndrome women on their physical and mental intervention to improve the ef ect of comprehensive nursing.Methods Select the hospital from 2013 July to 2014 July were 93 cases of patients with menopausal syndrome,were given comprehensive nursing interventions,nursing of patients were symptom scores and mental score,and with care before car ying out statistical comparison.Results The patients nursing after Kupperman score was (13.8±5.3),SDS score (41.7±8.9),SAS score (44.9±9.7),were significantly bet er than care before,with statistical significance( <0.05).Conclusion The perimenopausal women adopted comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms,and promote negative emotional state.
