结果年龄(A,y)、身高(H,cm)、体质量(W,kg)、L_(2~4)BMC,L_(2~4)BMD统计值分别为(17.56±2.01)y,(168.52±8.59)cm,(56.13±12.72)kg,(41.29±9.59)g,(0.9844±0.1420)g·cm~(-2)。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of early age, height, body mass and bone mineral content of lumbar spine (L_ (2-4)) in lumbar vertebrae (2) in 31 young adults with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) ~ 4) bone mineral density (L_ (2-4) BMD), and to explore the important correlative factors of early osteopenia in adolescent AS. Methods Thirty-one cases of early-onset ankylosing spondylitis in male adolescents were enrolled in this study. The age, height, height and height of the ankylosing spondylitis were measured. The DPX-IQ dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA (2 ~ 4) BMC, g) and bone mineral density (L_ (2-4) BMD = L_ (2-4) BMC / area, g · cm ~ -2)). Correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between various factors and L_ (2 ~ 4) BMC and L_ (2 ~ 4) BMD. Results The statistics of BMD of age (A, y), height (H, cm), body weight (W, kg) and L_ (2-4) BMC and L_ (2-4) were (17.56 ± 2.01) 168.52 ± 8.59) cm, (56.13 ± 12.72) kg, (41.29 ± 9.59) g and (0.9844 ± 0.1420) g · cm -2, respectively. Correlation and regression analysis showed that the age and height factors entered the L_ (2 ~ 4) BMC regression equation (R = 0.742, Radj ~ 2 = 0.519, P = 0.000 <0.05) The key factors of the equation (R = 0.673, Radj ~ 2 = 0.434, P = 0.000). In addition, only the body mass factors among the three factors of age, height and body mass were included in the L 2 BMD regression equation (R = 0.620, Radj 2 = 0.363, P = 0.000). Conclusion The BMD of L_ (2 ~ 4) BMC and L_ (2 ~ 4) BMD are positively correlated with height and body weight (P = 0.000, P = 0.000). Height and weight of both young adults AS early?
