目的:探讨不同方法对青少年口腔正畸的矫正效果进行分析,从而为青少年正畸提供正确的方法。方法:将我院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的60例进行口腔正畸的患者,将患者随机的分成观察组和对照组,每组30例,分别采用直丝弓矫正和方丝弓矫正的方式,对患者正畸后的临床效果进行分析。结果:在对患者畸形的牙齿就诊的原因进行分析的基础上,进行治疗,发现直丝弓正畸的效果对方丝弓好。结论:在青少年正畸的过程中,采用直丝弓矫正的方式效果更好,矫正的效果更加的稳定,值得在临床上应用。
Objective: To explore different methods to analyze orthodontic effects of adolescent orthodontics, so as to provide the correct method for adolescent orthodontics. Methods: Sixty patients with Orthodontics who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients were treated with straight wire arch correction and square wire Bow correction method, the clinical effect of orthodontic patients were analyzed. Results: Based on the analysis of the causes of dental malformations in patients with malformations, the orthodontic effect of straight filaments was found to be good for each other. Conclusion: In the process of adolescent orthodontics, the effect of straight wire arch correction is better and the effect of orthodontic correction is more stable, which is worthy of clinical application.
