本文叙述了近年来免疫进孕疫苗研究的发展概况，对ＨＣＧ疫苗发展趋势及存在问题作了简要介绍，ＧｎＲＨ疫苗可用于男性避孕，但需睾酮替代治疗，亦可用于产后妇女，以延长哺乳期妇女的不排卵期。ｏＦＳＨ疫苗目前已进入Ⅰ期临床试验，是第一个试用于人类的男性避孕疫苗，可使受试者发生少精或无精症，从而发生不育。另外，栋树油可激发局部细胞介导的免疫反应，诱发细胞因子，转而杀死精子或胚胎，造成不育。
