采用控制变量法对GH4037高温合金进行了激光环切打孔实验,得到了脉冲能量、离焦量、环切速度、环切圈数对小孔锥度和上下孔径的影响规律。结果表明,脉冲能量和离焦量对小孔孔径和锥度的影响较大,而环切速度和环切圈数主要影响小孔的形貌。离焦量的绝对值越大,热影响区、上孔径和锥度也越大;增加环切圈数及适当的环切速度(3~6mm/min)有助于提升小孔的质量,使孔口堆积物减少,且孔的圆度较好。
The control experiment was carried out on the GH4037 superalloy by laser controlled cutting. The effects of pulse energy, defocusing amount, ring-cutting speed and the number of rings on the taper and the upper and lower aperture were obtained. The results show that the pulse energy and the amount of defocus have a significant effect on the aperture and taper of the pinhole, while the ring-cutting speed and the number of ring-cut rings mainly affect the shape of the pinhole. The larger the absolute value of the defocus amount, the larger the heat-affected zone, the upper aperture and the taper. Increasing the number of torus rings and appropriate ring-cutting speed (3 ~ 6mm / min) can help to improve the quality of the holes, Port deposits to reduce, and the hole roundness better.
