根据心肌对铷有一定摄取能力,并可反映出心肌营养性血流量的原理,而采用了~(86)铷研究洋金花对小鼠心肌营养性血流量的影响。试验结果表明不同剂量的洋金花对小鼠心肌营养性血流量的影响有明显区别,浓度在32~56毫克/公斤时出现高峰值。达高峰值后,随剂量增加对~(86)铷的摄取量反而下降。洋金花与潘生丁的作用相似,初步认为洋金花能明显增加冠脉血流量,对心功能的改善有一定作用。
According to the principle that the heart muscle has a certain ability to absorb sputum and can reflect the nutrient blood flow of the myocardium, the effect of Flos Datura on the nutrient blood flow of the myocardium was studied using ~(86)T. The test results showed that different doses of Datura flower have significant differences in the effect of myocardial nutrient blood flow on mice, with a peak at a concentration of 32-56 mg/kg. After reaching the peak value, the intake of ~(86) helium decreased with increasing dose. The effect of D. virginiana and dipyridamole is similar. It is preliminarily believed that F. simonii can significantly increase coronary blood flow and play a role in the improvement of cardiac function.
