1959年第12期“化学工业”曾介绍天津化工厂将深水井抽真空,可以提高出水量的经验,我厂最近新钻—200毫米深水井时加以改进,收到了相同效果。按照天津化工厂的经验,是用水泥(或土泥)将井泵座和井口处加以封闭,并在上面按装一台功率2.8千瓦的真空泵(或用压缩机代替),进行抽真实。在有多台深水井时,可将井泵座和井口处用三合土用力打好,周围挖一宽500毫米、深1500毫米的水沟,用水封闭好,再用一台真空泵定期轮流抽气(见图1)。这样,就可提高深井产水量。
The “Chemical Industry” of the 12th, 1959th, once introduced the experience of the Tianjin Chemical Plant evacuating deep water wells and can increase the amount of water produced. Our factory recently improved the new 200mm deep wells and received similar results. According to the experience of the Tianjin Chemical Plant, the well pump and the wellhead were closed with cement (or mud), and a vacuum pump with a power of 2.8 kW was installed on the well (or replaced by a compressor) to perform real pumping. When there are multiple deep-water wells, the well pump base and wellhead can be hardened with a tri-soil, digging a ditch 500 mm wide and 1500 mm deep, closed with water, and then periodically pumped by a vacuum pump ( see picture 1). In this way, deep well production can be increased.
