介绍了消防安全评估和火灾保险费率的基本概念以及国内外火灾保险的发展情况。通过相关数学公式,研究导致火灾保险基准费率浮动的影响因素,建立假设费率数学模型。结合实际评估报告,分析拟合曲线和标准正态分布期望值,确定了消防安全评估和火灾费率浮动的关系,逐项列出了不同评估结果对应的实际费率。为火灾保险行业提供了确定火灾保险费率浮动机制的重要依据。
The basic concepts of fire safety assessment and fire insurance rates as well as the development of fire insurance at home and abroad are introduced. Through the relevant mathematical formula, the paper studies the factors that lead to the floating of the benchmark rate of fire insurance, and establishes the mathematical model of the hypothetical rate. Combined with the actual evaluation report, the expected value of the fitting curve and standard normal distribution are analyzed. The relationship between the fire safety assessment and the floating of the fire rate is determined. The actual rates corresponding to the different assessment results are listed one by one. It provides an important basis for the fire insurance industry to determine the floating mechanism of fire insurance premiums.
