近年来,在各级政府的关心和重视下,我国水利事业得到长足的发展,对专门型水利人才的需求量也不断增加,而水利专业人才队伍的数量和质量将在很大程度上决定我国水利事业的发展水平。因此,对于我国现阶段水利事业发展状况进行分析,结合水利事业发展对水利专门人才的要求,进而对如何建立适合我国国情和水利事业发展需要的专业人才培养长效机制进行了思考。
In recent years, with the care and attention of all levels of government, China’s water conservancy has made great strides in its development, and the demand for specialized water conservancy talents has also been on the increase. The quantity and quality of water conservancy professionals will, to a large extent, The level of development of water conservancy. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of water conservancy development in our country, and considers the requirements of water conservancy professionals for water conservancy development, and then makes some thinking on how to establish a long-term mechanism to cultivate professionals who meet the needs of China’s national conditions and water conservancy development.
