Organized by the General Rear Military Dept. Plant Management Bureau, the NEO Order SE-4RL, which is attended by the scientific research and production units for the military needs, was recently held in Hangzhou. The meeting evaluated the performance and quality of SE-4RL dye, and studied the issues of dye supply, production technology and product quality control.
