目的在充分研究粉状土壤固化剂作用机理的基础上,复合配制一种新型土壤固化剂,测试评价其在道路底基层的应用性能。方法以水泥、高钙粉煤灰、石灰和专用激发剂为原材料,复合配制新型土壤固化剂,测试其固化土的无侧限抗压强度和间接抗拉强度、7d弯沉值、浸水膨胀量及其抗冻性,与水泥稳定土进行比较。结果随着固化剂的掺量的增大,无侧限抗压强度和间接抗拉强度相应增大,试件的密实度显著影响其无侧限抗压强度和间接抗拉强度,随着试件养护龄期的不断增大,后期无侧限抗压强度和间接抗拉强度相应增大。与水泥稳定土相比,其抗冻性能明显改善。结论以水泥、高钙粉煤灰、石灰和活性激发剂作为原料复合的新型土壤固化剂有利于公路底基层性能的提高。
Aim To fully study the action mechanism of powdery soil curing agent, a new kind of soil curing agent was compoundly prepared to test and evaluate its application performance in roadbed. Methods With cement, high calcium fly ash, lime and special activator as raw materials, a new type of soil curing agent was compoundly prepared to test the unconfined compressive strength and indirect tensile strength of cured soil, the deflection value after 7d, the infiltration expansion And its frost resistance, compared with cement stabilized soil. Results With the increase of the amount of curing agent, the unconfined compressive strength and indirect tensile strength increased correspondingly. The compactness of the specimen significantly affected the unconfined compressive strength and the indirect tensile strength. Increasing curing age of the pieces, late unconfined compressive strength and indirect tensile strength increased accordingly. Compared with the cement stabilized soil, its frost resistance significantly improved. Conclusions A new type of soil curing agent compounded with cement, high calcium fly ash, lime and active activator is beneficial to the improvement of the performance of highway subbase.
