发展农村客运,是方便农民出行,活跃农村经济,推动社会主义新农村建设,构建和谐社会的一项重大举措。解决农村客运面临的困难和问题,是一项系统工程,在当前有一定的普遍意义,笔者对谷城农村客运发展的观察与思考或可作为决策参考。
Developing rural passenger transport is a major measure to facilitate peasants’ travel, active rural economy, promote the construction of a new socialist countryside and build a harmonious society. To solve the difficulties and problems facing rural passenger transport is a systematic project which has certain universal significance at present. The author’s observation and reflection on the development of rural passenger transport in Gucheng may serve as a reference for decision-making.
