在烧结法工业生产氧化铝工艺中,碳分原液中Al2O3。浓度一般不高于110g/l,并且单槽分解周期长,消耗动力大,传统的碳分工艺已经成为制约设备产能和影响氧化铝生产企业经济效益的最主要因素之一。本文对铝酸钠溶液成分机理的不同观点进行了分析对比,并从影响成分过程和产品质量主要因素的角度,分析了高浓度铝酸钠溶液碳分的可行性。
In the sintering process of industrial production of alumina, carbon in the original solution of Al2O3. In this paper, the different points of view of the composition and mechanism of sodium aluminate solution are analyzed and compared. The feasibility of carbon fraction in high concentration sodium aluminate solution is analyzed from the perspective of the main factors affecting the composition process and product quality.
