为进一步推动中国营养改善工作,适应中国居民膳食结构变化,特别是为采取营养干预措施提供科学依据,发挥营养工作对急、慢性疾病预防控制工作的作用,卫生部于近期成立了卫生部营养标准专业委员会,负责的专业标准范围包括人群营养、膳食指南、食物成分、营养工作方法等卫生标准。
In order to further promote nutrition improvement in China, adapt to the changes in dietary structure of Chinese residents, especially to provide scientific basis for nutrition interventions and to play a role in nutrition prevention and control in acute and chronic diseases, the Ministry of Health recently established the Ministry of Health Professional committees, responsible for professional standards include population nutrition, dietary guidelines, food composition, nutrition work methods and other health standards.
