精索肿瘤临床少见,恶性者更少,处理上有其特殊之处。本文报道两个附属医院多年来收治的精索肿瘤5例(3例良性,2例恶性),并结合文献进行讨论。临床资料年龄29～63岁。3例良性精索肿瘤的局部肿块都有逐渐增大的病程,2例恶性精索肿瘤的肿块逐渐增大,伴有近期迅速增大。肿瘤多数位于精索远端睾丸上方。可与睾丸、附睾分辨,仅转移性腺癌的肿块位于腹股沟管内。 Sperm neoplasms rare clinical, fewer malignant, the treatment has its special features. This article reports five sphincter tumors (three benign and two malignant) that have been treated in two affiliated hospitals over the years and are discussed in the literature. Clinical data age 29 to 63 years old. Three cases of benign sphincter tumors have gradually increased the local mass of disease, two cases of malignant spermatic tumor mass gradually increased, accompanied by the recent rapid increase. Most of the tumor is located in the spermatic distal distal testis. With the testis, epididymis distinguish, only the mass of metastatic adenocarcinoma located in the inguinal canal.
