2013年12月9日,深圳市成为教育部正式宣布的30个中小学教育质量综合评价改革实验区。为达成改革实验目标,我们所做的其中一项工作即构建有助提升深圳中小学学生综合素养的教育质量综合评价指标体系。目前,教育质量监测与评价在基础教育领域所起的诊断与服务作用越来越显著,世界各国通过教育质量监测,对学生学业水平和身心发展等情况进行比较分析,为教育决策提供信息依据和建议。如国际学生评价项目
