目的通过对某医院2012年~2014年的医疗质量进行评价,了解该医院近三年医疗质量的发展情况,为医院提高医疗服务质量制定决策提供科学依据。方法采用密切值法对医疗数量、医疗效率两个维度六个指标进行综合评价。结果该种评价方法所得结果与医院实际发展情况相符合,医疗质量在2012-2014年逐渐提高,呈现上升趋势。结论采用密切值法评价医疗质量情况,使评价结果更具有客观性和真实性,提高了评价的准确性和科学性。
Objective To evaluate the quality of medical care in a hospital from 2012 to 2014, and to understand the development of medical quality in the past three years in a hospital so as to provide a scientific basis for the hospital to make decisions on how to improve the quality of medical service. Methods The close value method was used to evaluate the six indicators of the two dimensions of medical quantity and medical efficiency. Results The results of this evaluation method are consistent with the actual development of the hospital, the quality of medical care gradually increased in 2012-2014, showing an upward trend. Conclusion The close value method is used to evaluate the quality of medical care, which makes the evaluation results more objective and authentic and improves the accuracy and scientificness of the evaluation.
