介绍了压缩机气体含油量的红外线吸收测定法的基本原理──采样方法为四氯化碳溶解法,分析方法为红外线吸收法。采用FF-1油分分析仪对气体中的油分进行测定,因油极易溶解于四氯化碳溶液中,而四氯化碳能很好地透过3.4μ波长的红外光,油分则在3.4μ波长处有强烈的吸收峰。把含油四氯化碳溶液注入仪器,即可得出油分浓度,再经公式R=VcC/Vw换算成气体中的含油量(R
The basic principle of infrared absorption measurement of compressor gas oil content is introduced. The sampling method is carbon tetrachloride dissolution method, and the analysis method is infrared absorption method.
