以491Q连杆体为研究对象,根据连杆体结构特点和技术要求,设计了该连杆体毛坯的锻造工艺流程,详细介绍了锻造模具设计与制造工艺,包括通过实验确定锻件收缩率、完成热锻件图设计、模具结构设计以及加工工艺流程。选用UGNX、CAD/CAM工具软件对模具进行了三维建模,并做数控加工编程,生成刀具轨迹,经过后处理得到数控加工程序。实验证明,该连杆体锻模在生产中使用正常,产品合格率高,完全满足了企业的生产需求。
