目的阐述他汀类药物在缺血型脑血管疾病预防中的作用,以期为他汀类药物在脑血管领域的应用提供线索。方法查阅近几年国内外他汀类药物对缺血型脑血管疾病一、二级预防的大规模临床试验,以这些临床试验结果为依据来阐述他汀类药物在缺血型脑血管疾病预防中的作用。结果他汀类药物是目前临床上应用最为广泛的调血脂药物,在心血管领域发挥着重要的作用,对预防缺血型脑血管疾病也有一定的作用。结论他汀类调脂药物在防治脑卒中方面的研究已经取得了一定的成果,但其作用还有待进一步研究。
Objective To elucidate the role of statins in the prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and to provide clues for the use of statins in cerebrovascular diseases. Methods To review the large-scale clinical trials of statins in primary and secondary prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases at home and abroad in recent years, based on the results of these clinical trials to explain the role of statins in the prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases effect. Results Statins are the most widely used lipid-lowering drugs in clinic and play an important role in the cardiovascular field. They also play a role in the prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Conclusion The study of statins lipid-lowering drugs in the prevention and treatment of stroke has achieved some results, but its role remains to be further studied.
