目的探讨超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障临床疗效。方法 2008年1月至2009年10月闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者共68例(81眼)采用超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术治疗观察疗效。结果本组81眼均顺利完成手术随访6月进行手术前、手术后视力、前房深度、眼压测定比较P<0.01有显著的差异性。结论采用晶状体超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术,既可以达到治疗青光眼,降低眼内压。又能够解除白内障晶状体浑浊所引起的视力下降,无青光眼手术后由于滤过手术器械操作等并发症。减少了因多次眼内手术可能增加术后囊样黄斑水肿,视网膜脱离等并发症。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract. Methods From January 2008 to October 2009, 68 patients (81 eyes) with angle-closure glaucoma and cataract were treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Results 81 eyes of this group were successfully completed surgery before June for surgery before surgery, visual acuity, anterior chamber depth, intraocular pressure measured compared P <0.01 significant difference. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract surgery can not only achieve the treatment of glaucoma but also reduce the intraocular pressure. But also to relieve cataract lens turbidity caused by decreased visual acuity, no glaucoma surgery after surgery due to filtration equipment and other complications. Reduce the number of intraocular surgery may increase postoperative cystoid macular edema, retinal detachment and other complications.
