用SP—2305E型气相色谱仪分析油中的痕量水。采用反吹、柱前过滤可将仪器噪音控制在0.01mV以下。用四种不同含水量的油样及18℃时正庚烷饱和水标样进行实验,完全符合王维通所提的达到准确定量的两个判据。对含水量低至数十ppm的油样分析,相对偏差小于10%,与蒸馏法相比灵敏度提高了100倍,分析速度提高了10倍。
Trace water in oil was analyzed by SP-2305E gas chromatograph. The use of backflushing, pre-column filter can control the instrument noise below 0.01mV. Experiments with four kinds of oil samples with different water content and saturated heptane heptane water samples at 18 ℃ are in full agreement with the two criteria for accurate quantification proposed by Wang Weitong. For oil samples with water content as low as tens of ppm, the relative deviation is less than 10%, the sensitivity is improved by 100 times and the analysis speed is increased by 10 times compared with the distillation method.
