一、本基金设立的目的是为了促进我国大地构造及成矿学理论地洼学说的发展,使之不断提高和深化,更好地服务于国民经济建设。 二、本基金用以奖励对地洼学说在理论上有较大发展,或运用该学说在生产实践中作出较大成就的个人或集体。
