Well testing provides an effective means of identifying and assessing the heterogeneity of natural fractured reservoirs (NFR’s). Such reservoirs may exhibit the combined dynamics of multiple flow models. This article explores the application and limitations of unsteady well testing in NFR’s evaluation.
