世界各国的光伏学科(包括相应的光伏系统理论和技术)得到了长足的进步,其中不断发展的光伏水泵系统受到了全世界干旱地区农牧民的热烈欢迎,在中国西部及西北地区,光伏水泵系统受到了广大农牧民的特别青睐.那里尚没有电网,专门为小规模分散居住的农牧民架设电力线路,从经济上看也是极不合理的.这样,那里的农牧民就长期处于既没有电,又缺乏洁净人畜饮水的生活状态。可是那些地区阳光资源却极为丰富,而且有相当大的地区同时具有丰富的地下水资源,光伏水泵系统因此也成了解决问题的最好选择,它既可提供洁净的人畜饮水,又可提供农牧业的灌溉用水.文章介绍了我国西部地区光伏水泵系统示范站的试验结果,它与柴油机水泵相比具有令人鼓舞的经济效益和环境效益的优势,对投资部门具有特别的吸引力。
Progress has been made in the photovoltaic disciplines (including the corresponding PV system theories and technologies) in various countries in the world. Among them, the evolving photovoltaic pumping system has been warmly welcomed by farmers and herdsmen in arid areas around the world. In the western and northwestern regions of China, photovoltaic pumps The system has been particularly favored by farmers and herdsmen. There is no power grid yet. Erecting power lines specifically for small-scale, scattered farmers and herdsmen is economically very unreasonable. In this way, the peasants and herdsmen there have long been in a state of lack of electricity and lack of clean drinking water for both people and livestock. However, the sunshine resources in those areas are extremely rich, and a large area has abundant groundwater resources at the same time. Therefore, the photovoltaic pump system has become the best solution to the problems. This paper introduces the experimental results of the demonstration station of photovoltaic pumping system in the western part of China. It has the encouraging economic and environmental benefits compared with diesel pumps, and is particularly attractive to the investment department.
