本文介绍采用回归分析的方法,建立了热分析曲线和微分热分析曲线的特征值与机械性能之间的关系式。这种测定机械性能方法的优点是测定速度快和具有较高的精度,浇注铸铁试样以后,三分钟内就可以测定出铸铁的抗拉强度和硬度。
In this paper, the regression analysis method is introduced to establish the relationship between the eigenvalue and mechanical properties of thermal analysis curves and differential thermal analysis curves. This determination of the mechanical properties of the method has the advantages of fast measurement and high accuracy cast cast iron samples can be determined within three minutes after the cast iron tensile strength and hardness.
