中国科技论文的产出和影响力分布一直是从事科研管理、科研绩效评价的工作者和部门关心的问题,中国科学院文献情报中心承建的中国科学引文数据库(Chinese ScienceCitation Database,简称 CSCD)自1998年在国内率先出版了关于我国科技论文产出与影响的系列指标的《中国科学计量指标:论文与引文统计》(Chinese Scientometrics Indictor,简称CSI),自1998年始,已经出版了8卷,《中国科学计量指标:论文与引文统计》(2005年卷)(以下简称指标集)即将出版。
The output and influence distribution of Chinese scientific papers have always been the concerns of the workers and departments engaged in scientific research management and research performance evaluation. The Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD), constructed by the Chinese Academy of Science Center for Documentation and Information, China Scientometrics Indictor (CSI), the first in China to publish a series of indicators on the output and impact of scientific and technological papers in China, has published 8 volumes since 1998, "Science in China Metrics: Thesis and Citation Statistics (Volume 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the indicator set) is forthcoming.
