目的:建立金鸡胶囊中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量测定方法。方法:以Kromasil C18色谱柱为分离柱,以甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相,采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果:本品中穿心莲内酯含量测定线性范围为0.108 2～1.081 6μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.38%,RSD为1.22%(n=6);脱水穿心莲内酯含量测定线性范围为0.257 6～2.576 0μg(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为96.01%,RSD为2.18%(n=6)。结论:此法操作简单、结果准确,可用于金鸡胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in Jinji Capsules. Methods: Kromasil C18 column was used as the separation column and methanol - water (55:45) as the mobile phase. The HPLC method was used. Results: The andrographolide content of this product was linearly ranged from 0.108 2 to 1.081 6 μg (r = 0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.38% and a RSD of 1.22% (n = 6). The linear range of dehydroandrographolide content 0.257 6 ~ 2.576 0μg (r = 0.999 7), the average recovery was 96.01%, RSD was 2.18% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Jinji capsule.
