在急性低氧下,狗的冠脉循环血液中乳酸含量的变化与心肌乳酸含量的变化不呈现平行关系。当冠状动脉血液氧分压降至34mmHg,在冠脉循环中出现动静脉乳酸负差时,心肌乳酸仍维持在正常范围之内。兔的情况与狗相同。低氧一周,大鼠心肌乳酸含量明显低于对照组。但当大鼠吸入普通空气一小时后,心肌乳酸含量即恢复到对照水平。上述结果表明,低氧时,冠脉循环血液乳酸含量的变化不反映心肌乳酸含量的变化。
In acute hypoxia, the change of lactic acid content in the dog’s coronary circulation does not show a parallel relationship with the change of myocardial lactic acid content. When the partial pressure of oxygen in coronary artery decreased to 34mmHg, myocardial lactic acid remained within the normal range when arteriovenous lactic acid negative difference occurred in coronary circulation. Rabbit and dog the same situation. One week after hypoxia, the content of lactic acid in rat myocardium was significantly lower than that in control group. However, when rats inhaled normal air for an hour, the level of myocardial lactate returned to control. The above results show that, hypoxia, changes in coronary blood circulation lactate content does not reflect changes in myocardial lactic acid content.
