图书馆工作是一项专业性很强的工作,又是一项服务性的工作。图书馆是文献信息资源的重要基地,为地方的经济建设和科研提供文献信息服务。随着网络信息时代的到来,获取知识和信息的渠道与要求发生巨大变化,传统意义的读者服务工作已渐渐不能适应时代发展的要求,创新服务成为当前图书馆读者服务工作的首要选择。绥阳县图书馆作为创建单位之一,创建的重点是如何将公共文化服务体系建设与读者服务相结合,做好馆内免费开放工作,提升县级图书馆的服务能力和水平。
Library work is a highly professional work, but also a service work. Library is an important base for documentary information resources and provides documentary information service for local economic construction and scientific research. With the advent of the network information era, the channels and requirements for acquiring knowledge and information have undergone tremendous changes. The traditional service of readers has gradually failed to meet the requirements of the development of the times. Innovative services have become the primary choice of current library readers. As one of the units to be established, Suiyang County Library focuses on how to combine the construction of public cultural service system with the service of readers, make the open work in the library free and enhance the service ability and level of the county-level libraries.
