目的:探讨针刺调整胃肠功能机理中胃肠激素的作用.方法:对40名健康人进行针刺胃肠相关穴位试验,随机分4组,即天枢组、巨虚组、非穴位刺激组及空白组.各针刺组均观察针刺前、中、后6次血浆MTL,SS及ET水平的动态变化.空白组不行针刺,只观察同一时间内MTL,SS及ET水平的自然波动.结果:空白组在150min内先后6次血浆MTL,SS及ET水平波动甚微;非穴位组与空白组之间无显著差异;各组在针前各自血浆MTL,SS及ET也无显著差异;然而,两个针刺穴位组在针后血浆MTL,SS及ET含量均显著高于针刺前水平;其中血浆MTL在起针后60min仍显著高于针刺前水平;但SS,ET在起针后即很快恢复正常.结论:针刺机体特定穴位所致这种血浆胃肠激素的变化,提示了血浆MTL,SS及ET均参与了针刺对胃肠功能的调整过程,这将为进一步探明针刺调整胃肠功能的作用机理提供了重要的理论线索.
Objective: To investigate the role of acupuncture in regulating gastrointestinal hormones in the mechanism of gastrointestinal function. Methods: Forty healthy subjects were randomly divided into 4 groups: Tianshu group, Juxu group, non-acupoint stimulation group and blank group. The acupuncture group were observed before and after acupuncture, 6 times plasma MTL, SS and ET levels in the dynamic changes. The blank group did not acupuncture, only observe the natural fluctuations of MTL, SS and ET levels at the same time. Results: The level of plasma MTL, SS and ET in the blank group fluctuated slightly within 6 times and there was no significant difference between the non-acupoint group and the blank group. There was no significant difference in the levels of MTL, However, the levels of MTL, SS and ET in the plasma of the two acupuncture points after acupuncture were significantly higher than those before acupuncture; MTL in plasma was significantly higher than that before acupuncture 60 minutes after acupuncture; however, Immediately after the needle returned to normal. CONCLUSION: The changes of plasma gastrointestinal hormones induced by acupuncture at specific acupoints suggest that plasma MTL, SS and ET are involved in the regulation of gastrointestinal function by acupuncture. The mechanism of function provides important theoretical clues.
