盘锦是国家“七五”期间新建的石油化工城市,建市以来,盘锦市狠抓工业的开发改造,建市10年全市安排工业性开发和改造项目324个,投资总额29.4亿元,其中老企业改造项目236个,新建技术引进、中外合资、新产品开发项目88个,目前已完成新建和改造项目242个,完成投资26.5亿元,促使全市工业总产值比建市初期翻了三番多。 盘锦市的工业开发改造,投入了大量的资金,这其中很大一部分是盘锦金融界通过市场融资渠道提供的。归纳起来,主要有以下九种融资渠道和融资方式。
