由于我国的市场经济一直处在变化发展的状态中,因此而形成越来越多企业集团的结构框架主要采取母子公司形式。对于企业来说,母子公司都属于其在法律上可以独立的法人,母公司主要以确保企业集团的利益可以得到最大化作为其进行经营的战略目标;但是其下属子公司的经营目标主要在于保障其自身效益可以最大化,由此造成母公司与子公司两者之间的利益目标形成一定冲突。文章对企业集团母、子公司利益存在的冲突进行详细的探讨,并以此作为基础提出几项协调集团企业母子公司冲突的方法,希望能够给企业提供一些有效的解决方法。

However, the operating objective of their subsidiaries is mainly to protect Its own benefits can be maximized, resulting in a certain conflict between the interests of the parent company and its subsidiaries between the two goals. This article discusses in detail the conflicts existing in the interests of the parent company and the subsidiary company, and based on this, puts forward several ways to coordinate the conflict between the parent company and the subsidiary company in the group enterprise, hoping to provide some effective solutions for the enterprise.
