中国绿色建筑的发展与发达国家有着显著不同。中国目前正处于城镇化高速发展阶段,而发达国家是在工业化、城镇化高速发展期之后的后工业时期开始绿色建筑的进程。因此中国的绿色建筑的建设具有特殊性。如何正确解读“绿色建筑”?中国政府在推动绿色建筑发展方面做了哪些工作?本刊编辑部有幸采访了中国城市科学研究会绿色建筑与节能专业委员会主任王有为。通过此次采访,我们能深深感觉到他的忙碌以及对中国绿色建筑发展的社会责任感。除了为加快中国绿色建筑发展积极奔波,不遗余力地在国际及国内推广宣传绿色建筑理念外,他还负责了多项课题研究,并组织出版绿色建筑相关资料。
The development of green buildings in China is significantly different from that in developed countries. China is now at a stage of rapid urbanization, while developed countries started green building in the post-industrial period after the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization. Therefore, the construction of China’s green building is unique. How to interpret “green building” correctly? What work does the Chinese government do to promote the development of green building? Our editorial department was lucky enough to interview Wang Youwei, director of the Green Building and Energy Conservation Committee of China Urban Science Research Association. Through this interview, we can deeply feel his busyness and social responsibility for the development of China’s green building. In addition to accelerating the development of green buildings in China and making every effort to promote and promote the concept of green building both at home and abroad, he is responsible for a number of research projects and organizes the publication of green building related materials.
