本文采用大白鼠一次口服大剂量异硫氰酸α-萘酯(ANiT,100mg/kg)作为急性黄疸模型,研究茵陈蒿汤复方中的有效成份对肝损伤的防治效应。实验结果证明茵陈蒿汤能非常显著地降低血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)和谷草转氨酶(SGOT)(P<0.001),对血清胆红素(SB)的作用则较轻微。此外,山栀子的乙醇、正丁醇和三氯甲烷—甲醇三种溶剂的提取物,具有良好的降低血清胆红素、SGPT 和 SGOT 的作用。肝组织病理学观察亦发现有一定的疗效。山栀子的有效成份鉴定为去羟栀子甙(Geniposide)。单味茵陈蒿或大黄的作用则不明显。
In this study, rats were given a large oral dose of α-naphthyl isothiocyanate (ANiT, 100 mg/kg) as an acute jaundice model to study the preventive and therapeutic effects of effective ingredients of Yinchenhao decoction on liver injury. The experimental results show that Yinchenhao Decoction can significantly reduce the serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) and aspartate aminotransferase (SGOT) (P<0.001), while the effect on serum bilirubin (SB) is slight. In addition, the extracts of ethanol, n-butanol, and chloroform-methanol in Hawthorn fruit have good effects in reducing serum bilirubin, SGPT, and SGOT. Liver histopathological observation also found that there is a certain effect. The effective component of Hawthorn fruit is identified as Geniposide. The effect of single wormwood Artemisia or rhubarb is not obvious.
