据国家体改委透露,国家已把中小企业改革排上日程,并已拟就具体措施。 国有中小企业是国有企业的重要组成部分,深化国有企业改革应着眼于整体工程,才会有经济规模效益,因此国有中小企业的改革亦不可忽视。基于这一指导思想,国家体改委提出要加大中小企业改革力度。目前初步拟定的改革思路是:转换机制、调整结构。具体讲有二点:
