省委、省政府近日下发的《中共四川省委、四川省人民政府关于进一步加快民营经济发展的若干政策的意见》(川委发[1997]33号),对于发展我省社会生产力,优化经济结构,繁荣市场,增加有效供给,改善城乡人民生活,扩大就业,增加税源,维护社会稳定具有十分重要的意义。为落实省委、省府文件精神,现提全省经贸系统的贯彻意见如下:
The Opinions of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government on Several Policies of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government on Further Accelerating the Development of Private Economy (Chuan Wei Fa [1997] No. 33) recently issued by the CPC Central Committee and the provincial government have made great contributions to the development of social productive forces in our province Economic structure, market prosperity, increasing effective supply, improving people’s lives in urban and rural areas, expanding employment, increasing tax sources and maintaining social stability are of great significance. In order to implement the spirit of the provincial party committee and provincial government documents, we hereby give the following opinions on the implementation of the provincial economic and trade system:
