1目的 观察球囊损伤大鼠主动脉内皮后内膜增厚的过程及氯沙坦对其影响。 2方法 建立大鼠主动脉内皮剥脱模型 ,并将其随机分为对照组、手术组和氯沙坦治疗组 ,分别于术后第 3,7,14和 2 8天取主动脉组织 ,经苏木精 -伊红染色及图像分析仪观察内膜增厚的情况及氯沙坦对其影响。 3结果 主动脉内皮剥脱后第 3天已有血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)的移行、增殖 ,损伤后第 7天内膜已开始增厚 ,损伤后第 14天 VSMC的增殖更为明显 ,损伤后第 2 8天 VSMC的增殖明显减弱 ,细胞外基质增加 ,内膜继续增厚。使用氯沙坦后 VSMC的移行、增殖及内膜增厚明显减轻。 4结论 氯沙坦能抑制血管内皮损伤后 VSMC的移行、增殖 ,减轻内膜增厚的程度。
Objective To observe the process of intimal thickening after aortic endothelium injury in balloon-injured rats and the effect of losartan on it. 2 method to establish a rat model of aortic endothelial exfoliation and randomly divided into control group, operation group and losartan treatment group, respectively, on the 3rd, 7th, 14th and 28th days after taking aortic tissue, Morin - eosin staining and image analyzer to observe the situation of intimal thickening and losartan on it. 3 Results Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) were migrated and proliferated on the 3rd day after aortic endothelial exfoliation. The intima began to thicken on the 7th day after injury. The proliferation of VSMC was more obvious on the 14th day after injury. On day 28, the proliferation of VSMCs was significantly weakened, the extracellular matrix was increased and the intima continued to thicken. The use of losartan after VSMC migration, proliferation and intimal thickening was significantly reduced. 4 Conclusion Losartan can inhibit the migration of VSMC after vascular endothelial injury, proliferation, reduce the degree of intimal thickening.
