肝血流图(RHG)是研究肝脏血流动力学的一种无创伤性检查方法,可以了解肝脏供血情况,在临床上已开始广泛的应用。应用肝血流图研究运动员的耐力,我们曾作过报道。但对运动员负荷前后肝脏血流动力学方面的研究,目前尚无报道。众所周知,肝脏具有强大的适应代偿机能,它是机体物质代谢的中枢,运动员的活动必然涉及到肝脏机能的改变,因而通过研究肝脏供血情况反映机体适应代偿机能,可能扩大对运动员体质与耐力的认识
