本文就我中心监理部在施工阶段保证工程质量作法阐述一些粗浅的认识。一、坚持招用过硬的施工队伍施工单位的队伍素质、技术装备、管理水平是保证工程质量的前提。因此作为工程委托监理单位本着对业主负责,对工程负责的精神,在充分调查了解本地区施工单位整体素质的基础上,协助业主通过招投标方式,择优选用过硬的施工队伍。二、坚持做好施工前的准备工作监理单位组织好图纸会审和交底是一项非常重要、关键的工作。要在总监的领导下专业责任监理亲自把关,会同施工单位的专业技术人员,对图纸进行反复认真的分析研究,保证工程正常进展。
This article elaborates on some superficial understanding of the project quality assurance practices conducted by the supervision department of our center during the construction phase.
